I ran for the first time in ab...Thank you for this! I ran for the first time in about 8 weeks earlier this week, and experienced no hip pain! Wahoo! I did 3 miles, and did another 3 yesterday. Boy is it hard to get back in running shape!<br><br>One of my friends commented on my "buff" shoulders today- when I flexed in the mirror and checked myself out I saw she was right!
