I've started cardio for about 12 weeks now and eating well and I have lost 17 lbs so far! I have 23-33 more lbs to go to reach my goal. So lets hope they heel themselves! I have always had a just a little on my obliques and that tiny pouch and my goal this summer is to get my body in the best shape I can.
