Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you! I have never found a workout that gets through to my love handles and lower back, until now! I am so thrilled that I am working my perpetual problem area! I took a small leave of absence after I broke my toe (I know, LAME), but as soon as it could bear some weight again I jumped back on the horse. I am amazed at how much stronger I am even after only a week and a half of this program! Also - I had hit a plateau in my baby weight loss but seriously after 4 days of this it all came off, and I'm 5 lbs. under my pre-pregnancy weight, 6 months post partum! I'm loving this and can't wait to see what the next 6 weeks bring!

I LOVE this workout! I did 12 reps of each and did the repeat of all exercises after the first two sets of everything. Jello arms? I also had to change my warm up to some stretching and 20 of cardio (elbows have not been happy, old sports injury) and then finish with 10 - 15 of more cardio followed by some yoga-inspired stretching. feels amazing. If this is week two, bring on the rest of this challenge! loving it!

I am going through all of these workouts and they look awesome. Hard, but not discouraging to someone who doesnt already have a flat stomach or defined muscles. I am doing p90x right now, just started. But I get discouraged because some of those workouts are just too advanced. These are awesome and I can't wait to try all of these!!
I am very excited to find this workout! I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis in January 2012 and I'm only 38. The specialist said I need to "extensively exercise" but didn't give me any other instructions. I know I'll be walking a lot but this exercise program looks like it will strengthen the muscles that will protect my bones if I fall! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I love these ab workouts!!! I've noticed a change in my arms they are looking more toned. Still don't notice any change in my stomach. Its really the only body part that I would change on my body. I eat everything that dr oz says to eat when you want your belly flab to go away. I know it isn't easy work, and will probably take a while to see a change, but I'm proud of myself for keeping up with it.
I am doing these workouts everyday and I absolutely love them!!

Did this workout last night at the gym. Holy crap! It kicked my butt but it felt awesome! I get bored doing the same workouts all the time so I am so excited that I found your site! I use your warm up and am doing the 8 week bikini challenge. I am a fairly fit person but I always love a new challenge and your are giving it to me! Thanks!!

  1. Michelle, I just want to thank you so much for getting me back in to working out I love your routines that you post I have done banging body 3 week and now on the 8 week. I have even done some of the other workouts you posted and I have lost 10lbs! My friends ask me what are you doing you look great I give them your website and they are starting the workouts too! I have worked out many times before and just quit because I just didn't enjoy it but now with your workouts it's something different and I just can't wait to get in the gym to do them.
