Hi Michelle,I recently started following your blog and love it! I had a baby almost 2 years ago, and sill have my baby fat and just yucky feeling. I'm going to Jamaica in August and want to look great when I go! I love your workouts, but my problem is staying motivated. I will start the workout, and lose my motivation fast.. probably since I've never been in shape before. And I lose energy fast.. very tired all the time after I work all day and take care of my son. What recommendations do you have and maybe some diets I could try that would work well for my son too? Thanks!!!
