  1. I think you need to do more research on the rounded bottom shoes. Recent studies have shown that not only are they NOT more effective for fitness, they actually cause more injury.

    1. Kara, thank you for your concern. I actually own a pair and thats all I walk in and they have been the best shoes for walking. Nothing has ever hurt due to them. I will do some reading on them if you feel this strongly about it.
