Don't lie you want to look good naked! I thought so! Well, me too and here is a 2 week program to get you there. You'll find it to be enjoyably different from my other workouts. It's all based on time and not reps. You will push yourself as far as you want to and as hard as you want. I suggest to get the best workout move as fast as you can, of course while keeping good form, and don't slow down until you are at the end of one set of each exercise.

I'm totally starting the Goddess program today! I'm currently at 144 and I want to get down to at least 130. I also had a baby last year so I can definitely use all the help I can get, haha!
ReplyDeleteHey girl, I love running so I say yes, yes, and yes.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to get my workout plan and eating plan together to finally lose the weight and tone up like I've been wanting to since I had my daughter 2 years ago. I've lost weight but not as much as i'd like, also I havent toned up at all =/. I like the way this Goddess program looks and the name of it just sounds like it'll make you sexy, haha. I am 5'3" and about 135lbs right now. Would this be the best workout of yours to lose the weight and tone.. hopefully by summer?
ReplyDeleteOkay awesome, thank you! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for this workout :) I feel like it makes me push harder to get it done.
ReplyDeleteI'm a freshman in college and I'm so excited to try out your work outs! I was so active in high school and I completely lost my extremely fit ody so I'm working hard to get it back!
ReplyDeleteI just finished the 3 week runner's program on friday and loved it! Today was my day one for the Goddess Program, and it was a great workout, Thank you so much for all these, you're awesome! (:
ReplyDeleteWow... You are crazy awesome. Keep it up. So glad to have you here.
DeleteI love this site and a lot of the programs look like fun! I especially like the goddess workouts. However, I don't always have access to some of the tools like I would if I were at the gym. Are there any programs you have that use them less?

I played soccer for 18 years and then once i got to college all of my physical activity stopped. I currently weight 130ish and i would like to lose at least 15 lbs to be what i used to. I would like to do this as soon as possible. I have tried multiple workouts but never seem to stick too them but i am going to try yours because you have the body that I want and i think your workouts are something that I would like to stick too. Any suggestions on which one to do? Or where to start?

Hi Michelle!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to start your workout! My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and one of the things the doctor said was to make sure to get in shape and lose any excess weight... So here I go. Hoping this helps too!!!!!!!
It will. congrats.
DeleteMichelle,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for all these workouts! I'm super excited about the Goddess workout. Will these exercises help me to slim down, tone and sculpt, without bulking up?
Michelle, I could definitely use some of your help losing weight. In high school I ran track and loved it, but I had to stop because I have Lupus and had alot of joint problems. I'm graduating college now and moving to Florida so I'd LOVE to find a program that would help me lose about 30-40 lbs in a do-able amount of time. I'm 5'5" and pretty curvy...any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle,
ReplyDeleteI want to start your workout program, but am not sure which one is best for me. I'm 56 years old,
5'3" and currently weigh 134. I'd made a goal to be at 123 by June, but am having problems breaking past 132. I need some accountability to keep eating well, too. Any thoughts and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Any one is good. Go light and take your time with the hard ones. As you get stronger some that seem hard today will be easy tomorrow. Monday I start a walking program. You might enjoy that.
DeleteOkay. Thank you. Will keep you posted!
ReplyDeleteI am a slim woman, (5'7, 125-130lbs) about to turn 30, but have "problem areas" such as lovehandles and little belly bulge! I want to tone and build muscle. which one of your exercises would be best for me to start?
