JOIN THE EXTREME TEAM

Extreme Team Members,

  2. Yes, You are totally in! Just take your time and realize not everything you can do as fast or as hard or as heavy but that doesn't matter. Just work at your own pace, or speed and weight that works for you. :)

  3. When ever you build muscle you lose fat which is an extra plus. So yes, and yes! :)

  4. How come I can't see any of the workouts? I am interested in starting this with you on 2/13/12. I loved crossfit and was okay with p90x.. Can you tell me how I can join??

  8. I have an issue with bulking. I am short and have musclular legs already will I bulk following this? I would like them to get leaner. I have a feeling it has just beginner trainers in the past, not knowing enough.Every where else gets small and toned then I put my pants on and they would fall off if not for the middle thigh being so tight holding them up ..lol. I have been looking for a new program. Hoping this is it. Thanks for your time

    I too have a little girl and know how hard it is to fit in exercises. I will make them 20 minutes long and then anyone who wants to extend the workout can. When we can it will be an extra bonus. I will be doing my workouts for 45 minutes to and hour when I can.

  23. Michelle, I am a very busy college student trying to graduate with good grades soon and work 20-30 hours a week. My workouts have been put to the end of my list after school, work, and sleep. Is this a workout I will be able to slip in when I have time? This sounds like so much fun and I obviously want a banging body by summer!

  38. Oh, one question Michelle. I have been running about 15 miles a week and going to ashtanga hot yoga twice a week. I love both of those things. Can I continue doing them, and also do the strength training? Or will it be too much??

  40. I'm totally in! I have been in a workout rut and came across your blog and I am just so excited and grateful! It was just what I needed to reinvigorate me and get me back on track. With 2 kids under 4 balancing gym time and their needs has been difficult but because I can do your workouts at home it allows me to do cardio at the gym and feel glad to make it to the gym versus pressure. It's the balance and extra "get up" I needed! Thanks so much for doing this!! :)

  41. hey Michelle - I have been sick the past two days. I worked out - just cardio on saturday - stayed in bed sun - cause i could hardly breath bc of congestion. Today is the first day of the workouts - what do you recommend. I am still congrested - and feel a little run down. I had the oatmeal for breakfast - and a banana for lunch and I was thinking a protein shake or just some chicken for dinner. - HELP - what do you do when you are sick? - I already am starting to feel a little depressed bc i haven't worked out in two days - what should I do?

  42. I'm in!!! I started yesterday and love the workouts. So far, I was able to get 30 minutes of caridio in after the workout. This may not happen as often during the week...I am a teacher and also have a very busy 4 year old. I need to get in shape and love your website!

  47. Hi Michelle, 27 March in New Zealand and I started Day 1. I have a broken toe (the little toe) which makes all the cardio impossible! But am doing the strength and improving my eating. Thanks for the tips, it looks like a great plan and I'm looking forward to getting back into running and cardio.

It's been a while since I worked out and although I've maintained the weight loss I don't have the tone and strength I used to! I'd like to go from being skinny and weak to toned and strong! I'm happy to have met a community I can work out with!
