Pina Colada Smoothie - FAT BURNING

Burn fat while drinking this delicious pina colada. It is sweet and yummy and hits the spot during a summer day.


1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey, optional
Pineapple wedges, for garnish

In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, coconut water, frozen banana, ice and, if desired, honey. Puree until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses. Garnish each serving with a pineapple wedge.
