  1. Hi Michelle, I just discovered your blog and I am absolutely obsessed! This is absolutely great. I have been trying to gain weight my whole life and recently I have been somewhat successful. However, my legs remain so skinny despite everything I have been trying and they will not beef up! This is one of the only parts of my body that I have not been successful with bulking up on. Can you please offer some advice, I would really appreciate it! My goal is to look like the girl in the picture you posted on January 10, 2012. PLEASE HELP ME GET THOSE LEGS!! Thank youuuuuuu

  2. Ok you got this. Try 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh and then reps foe leg exercises need to be 8 to 10 at the max weight u can lift for those reps. Deadlifts, lunges, squats wide, squat shoulder width, and squat narrow. Make that 3 sets and start climbing stairs. Legs twice a week. You can change up your leg routines but woek them with heavy weight. let me know how you do. It takes time to build muscle fiber so dont give up. Your legs will only get as big as your body was designed to allow.
